These terms govern the use of sharegrab.mrb.pl, a tool for storing files and sharing them through links. They are provided free of charge before use and you can save or print them.
1. Who runs it
The service is operated by Błażej Paździor, trading as mr.b Błażej Paździor, ul. Łabędzka 38B, 44-121 Gliwice, Poland, NIP 6312420910 (the "Operator"). Contact: hello@mrb.pl. This address is also the single point of contact for users and for authorities under articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act).
2. What the service is
sharegrab lets an account holder upload a file (up to 50 MB), receive a link to it, set when the link expires, optionally protect it with a password or mark it private, and remove it. Anyone with a link can open the file preview in a browser without an account. Accounts are opened by invitation only: an email address must be on a list kept by the Operator. The service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of availability.
3. Technical requirements
A device with internet access and a current browser, or the sharegrab app for macOS 14 or newer; an active email address for the account. It is forbidden to supply content of an illegal nature.
4. Your content
You upload only content you have the rights to, or the required consent for. In particular you may not upload or share: material depicting sexual abuse of minors, content infringing copyright or related rights, violent, terrorist or hateful content, personal data of third parties without a legal basis, or malicious software. The Operator does not proactively monitor content and has no general obligation to do so (article 8 of the Digital Services Act).
5. Rights and licence
You keep all rights to your files. You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, free licence limited to what is technically needed to provide the service: storing the file, making technical copies (thumbnails, previews) and making it available through the link, for as long as the file is stored. You confirm that you hold the rights to what you upload and you release the Operator from third-party claims arising from your content, subject to mandatory consumer protection law.
6. The Operator's liability
The Operator provides a hosting service and is not liable for content stored at a user's request, as long as it has no actual knowledge of its illegal nature and, once it obtains such knowledge, promptly removes it or disables access (article 6 of the Digital Services Act). The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the durability of links; links expire according to your settings and there is no backup obligation. Liability is limited to the widest extent permitted by law; the limitation does not cover damage caused intentionally or liability that cannot be excluded towards consumers.
7. Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report content they consider illegal through the form at /report or to hello@mrb.pl (article 16 of the Digital Services Act). A report should contain the link, an explanation of why the content is illegal, optionally the reporter's contact details, and a statement that the report is made in good faith. If contact details are given, the Operator confirms receipt and informs the reporter of the decision, together with information on the available remedies.
8. Removal and reasons
The Operator may remove or block access to content that breaks these terms or the law. Where the Operator has contact details, it informs the user whose content was removed of the reasons (article 17 of the Digital Services Act). A suspicion of a criminal offence involving a threat to life or safety, including child sexual abuse material, is reported to the competent authorities (article 18 of the Digital Services Act).
9. Expiry and removal of files
A file is stored until the expiry you set, or until you or the Operator remove it. After expiry the link stops working, the file waits 24 hours in a grace period during which you can restore it, and is then permanently removed. Files in trash are removed after 24 hours.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to hello@mrb.pl with a description of the problem and contact details. The Operator answers within 14 days.
11. Personal data
How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
12. Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and remove your account together with all files, in the app or in the panel. The Operator may end the agreement with a user who breaks these terms.
13. Changes
The Operator may change these terms for important reasons (a change in the law, in the scope of the service, or for security), announcing the change on this page in advance, with a date and version number.
14. Governing law
Polish law applies, without prejudice to consumer protection under mandatory provisions. In matters not covered here, the Polish Act on providing services by electronic means, the Digital Services Act, the GDPR and the Polish Civil Code apply.
